Refunds policy

At Kidcortex, we strive to provide compassionate, high-quality online therapy and consultation services. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the service you’ve received, we’re here to support you.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • There was a technical issue or service disruption that prevented the session from taking place.

  • The therapist or consultant was unavailable without prior notice.

  • A genuine concern regarding the quality or conduct of the session has been reported and reviewed.

  • The refund request is made within 3 days of the session date.

Please note: Missed sessions without prior notice or cancellation within the allowed time frame are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Sessions that have been completed as scheduled.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  • Dissatisfaction based on preference or expectations not aligned with therapeutic goals.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@kidcortex.com with your name, the session details, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7–14 days.
